My question is about competitor analysis.
How can we track the outbound links of any website that is our competitors.

To check whether a link on a website is "nofollow" or "dofollow," you can inspect the HTML source code of the webpage. Right-click on the link and choose "Inspect" (or a similar option, depending on your browser). Look for the anchor tag <a> associated with the link. If you see the attribute rel="nofollow", it's a "nofollow" link. If the rel="nofollow" attribute is missing, it's likely a "dofollow" link. Alternatively, you can use browser extensions or online tools that highlight nofollow links for easier identification. In the meantime, for more information about fesco bill checking in 2024, you can visit their website here.

@pakistansites2 For tracking competitor outbound links, explore tools such as Ahrefs or SEMRush to conduct thorough analysis. These platforms offer valuable insights into competitors' backlink profiles, enabling you to pinpoint outbound links and evaluate their strategies effectively. Unsolved Why am I not seeing search.yahoo.com in my site's backlink profile?

                              link explorer backling issue

When looking at the backlinks for a client's competitor I found that they had a backlink on search.yahoo.com/reviews and our domain (harmonyhit.com) did not. I was using the Link Explorer tool. However, when I go to yahoo Search I see that the website of harmonyhit.com is indexed in Yahoo search and has links to the site. Also, it's sitemap has been recently crawled in Bing webmaster tools which Yahoo uses. Why does our client have the backlink accounted for and we do not?

                              Backlinks aren't shown

Hi, my site has 15 backlinks from sites with 50-90 da. and only 4 of them are shown on the moz's backlink checker, While on google console and on different platforms, I do see most of them. All of the links are dofollow. I even tried the link tracking list and all the domains are shown as not linking to my domain, while they are. Any idea what is happening? Thank you.

Backlink not showing on Link Explorer

Hello, Our team have been doing link building for a month, however non of the links are coming up in MOZ Link Explorer. We used link tracker to check, and it is not linking back. when checking on the other blog's site, they are linking back but we are unable to see it in moz. For example:
                              Indiegogo: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/wau-the-best-feature-packed-smart-ebike#/
NewAtlas: https://newatlas.com/wau-ebike-affordable/56791/ These both links are linking back to us at www.waubike.com, and we can see it on google web masters, but we cannot see it on Moz? We have checked our server and they confirmed they are not blocking Moz's crawlers. Anyone else have this issue ?

Most of the backlinks not listed

Hi, I'm running a website since one year and a half, and I'm periodically watching with Moz OSE tools the number of backlinks it has. It still shows only 11 backlinks from 8 domains, even if my actual backlinks are much more and come from about 40 domains. I've already searched the forum and read that Moz scraper updates once per month, but all these backlinks are like 6 months old, and still no trace. Many other competitor tools, including the simple google search console can see all the backlinks, only Moz can't retrieve them. Do you have any idea? Somebody else in the same situation? Or is there a way to submit to Moz links to pages containing that backlinks?
                              Thanks
                              Regards

Why do my spammy backlinks still appear on my Open Site Explorer page after removal?

I used the organic spam backlink removal tactic of emailing owners of sites of spam rank 7 or higher on my page.  It has been weeks since many of the harmful links were removed, yet they remain listed on my Open site Explorer page.  My fear is that somehow simply getting these links removed doesn't exempt me from the potential to be penalized by Google crawlers.  Does it take longer than a few weeks for these links to disappear from the Open Site Explorer, or is there something else I need to be doing? Any and all advice appreciated. Ben

Changed URL from HTTP to HTTPS - 99% of my backlinks don't know though

Hi Moz community, I've got a question about all old backlinks pointing to the http version of my site: Firstly, how it impacts my site's backlinks for SEO and secondly, why does Moz and if you know why Majestic have different metric report values for the different URLs. The Back Story Two months ago I bought an SSL for my personal domain and changed my URL from http to the https version. I 301'd it and can verify that on Majestic SEO using the old http URL. I did this sitewide for an eCommerce site that I'm working and did see a lift in traffic; that was the main reason based on Google talking about sites moving to the SSL Web. I'm No Stranger to 301s Of course all the URLs on my site have been 301'd. I used a HTTPS Redirect plugin for my WordPress site and there's been no issue. I also installed a 404 Checker plugin to log broken external links to my site where I can create a redirect right away in case the HTTPS plugin missed something along the way. I'm comfortable knowing that doing when you change the domain name for a site or just a page going from one URL to another will transfer all the link equity over time. What's Causing the Confusion What's a little confusing is that when I use tools like OSE or Majestic's Explorer, the data doesn't match. For instance in OSE, the https version of my domain has a DA of 1 and PA of 1. But, the http version of my site has a DA of 25 and PA of 36. With Majestic (BTW, please feel free to stop me from asking questions about another tool on Moz, but since we're all part of the same SEO community, I thought I'd ask it here anyway) the Trust and Citation flow values are definitely closely matched but still different values nonetheless. My Question Will I ever see the DA and PA the same for the https & http versions in the future? Does OSE catch the fact that there is a 301 redirect to the https version or does it only recognize that it redirects from http://kingrosales.com to http://www.kingrosales.com when in fact it redirects to https://www.kingrosales.com? My second question is, what about the backlinks? Is it because they are different URLs that OSE doesn't have a way to recognize this and display links from the old http version to the new https version? How will I know the true PA and DA of the https version of my site even with a perfectly executed 301 redirect? lol Let me know if you need more clarification. Thanks

                              SEOmoz not showing latest backlinks

Hi, How come open site explore(come with SEOmoz tool) not showing new backlinks created by me a month ago? I faced same issue while using other tools for the same. All of them show up old backlinks but not the new ones created recently. However, the Google Webmaster Tool updates me with this recent development. Any reason?
