      Hello,

Recently We have a taken a project " http://customerconnect-services.com/ " and are responsible for the Digital Marketing for the website. FYI, we have been following the best On-Page SEO practices ever since we took the project: Performing Keyword Research, Finalizing the Keywords,Using those in the Page-Title, Meta-Descriptions, Heading Tags and of course in the Content as per MOZ suggestions & SEO standards. But, we are unable to rank in first page; all the considered keywords have a ranking of 51+ which is a serious matter of concern for us. We have also checked whether the Domain / URL has been blacklisted, but it's not (Not even by Google).

We are therefore unable to figure out what is going wrong even after following so many best practices to get the keywords a good ranking (1st & 2nd page of SERPs). Therefore I would like to request you to provide your expert opinions in this regard by checking what is it that we are not getting right.

The website is euro t20 slam  As this is a high-priority issue for us & the client is a prestigious one of course, please help.Looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

If your keywords are not ranking well, consider these steps:

Keyword Research: Ensure they're relevant and have adequate search volume.
Content Quality: Create high-quality, informative content around keywords.
SEO Optimization: Use keywords naturally in titles, headers, meta descriptions, and throughout content.
Backlinks: Acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sites.
Website Performance: Ensure fast loading times and mobile-friendliness.
Analytics: Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

          @Sabirasifseo999 Hello,

I understand the urgency of your situation and the frustration of not seeing your efforts reflected in the SERP rankings. There are several potential factors that might be influencing your website's poor ranking despite following best practices. Here are some steps and considerations to help diagnose and address the issue:

          Technical SEO Audit:

Crawlability and Indexability: Use tools like Screaming Frog or Google Search Console to ensure that all important pages are crawlable and indexed by search engines.
Mobile-Friendliness: Check if the website is mobile-friendly using Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test. Mobile usability is crucial for rankings.
Site Speed: Analyze the site's loading speed using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix. Slow-loading pages can negatively impact rankings.
SSL Certificate: Ensure the website uses HTTPS, as it is a ranking factor.
          Content Quality and Relevance:

Content Depth and Uniqueness: Ensure that your content is unique, comprehensive, and provides real value to users. Thin or duplicate content can harm rankings.
User Engagement: Check metrics like bounce rate, average session duration, and pages per session in Google Analytics. Poor user engagement can indicate content or usability issues.
Internal Linking: Use internal links to help search engines understand the site structure and to distribute link equity across pages.
          Backlink Profile:

Quality of Backlinks: Use tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush to analyze your backlink profile. Focus on acquiring high-quality backlinks from authoritative and relevant sites.
Anchor Text Diversity: Ensure that the anchor text of backlinks appears natural and varied.
Disavow Toxic Links: Identify and disavow any low-quality or spammy backlinks that might be harming your site's credibility.
          Competitor Analysis:

Keyword Gap Analysis: Use tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to compare your keyword rankings with those of your competitors. Identify gaps and opportunities.
Content and Backlink Strategies: Analyze top-ranking competitors to understand what content and backlink strategies they are employing successfully.
          User Experience (UX) and Design:

Ease of Navigation: Ensure that the site’s navigation is intuitive and user-friendly.
Interactivity and Design: High-quality, interactive, and visually appealing design can enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
          Local SEO (if applicable):

Google My Business: Ensure your Google My Business profile is fully optimized and regularly updated if local SEO is relevant for your business.
Local Citations: Ensure consistency in NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) across local directories and citations.
          Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustment:

SEO is an ongoing process. Regularly monitor your rankings, traffic, and other SEO metrics. Be ready to adjust your strategies based on performance data and algorithm updates.
By systematically addressing these areas, you can identify the specific issues affecting your site's rankings and take appropriate actions to improve your visibility on SERPs.

Please provide any additional information or specific details about the site's SEO history and current strategies if available, and I'll be happy to offer more targeted advice.

          I did it with Houseoner

          Looking forward to your response.

          Best regards,

Improving your keyword rankings involves a multifaceted approach, focusing on everything from keyword research and content quality to technical SEO and user experience. By addressing each of these areas systematically, you can enhance your site's visibility and drive more organic traffic. How long have you been at it? It can take months to years to get high in google search engine results for competitive keywords.

What keywords are you trying to rank for?

Have you done on-page SEO? Have you tried off-page SEO in the form of a link building campaign (ie guest posting)?

Do you have a blog and post regularly? Is your content SEO optimized and long form (more than 1,000 words)?

If you do not want to hire an SEO firm then I will need more information to help you.

We took a quick glance at https://eurot20slamleagues.com and this is what we found:

                        • You have a total of 20 links from root domains. Your competitors have thousands. You need to get links.

                        • In order to get links and to keep visitors browsing your site, you need to create compelling content. Look at the top ranking pages' content to get ideas on why there content is compelling and therefore has many links pointing to it.

                        • On your Euro T20 Slam History page you spent the first two paragraphs telling me that this page is going to tell me about the history of this league. That's just fluff. You need to just start telling me about the history.

                        • On your Boom Boom Shahid Afridi page you also waste the first paragraph telling me that this page is going to tell me about Boom Boom Afridi.

                        • Unfortunately, there are a lot of grammar mistakes within your content that you need to fix as well. It's not compelling content if it's a little difficult to read.

You also need to create more pages. For example, when I go to your Icon Players page, you have a brief summary of 4 players but only one of them has a link to a bio page all about that player (Shahid Afridi). You'll have a better chance at ranking for Shane Waston, Brendon McCullum, and Rashid Khan if you build out awesome pages for each player.

                        Good luck!

                          Main keyword problem

Hello Since the latest Google update our main keyword has been dropping. We employed a SEO company about 6 weeks ago and since then the keyword has dropped a couple of pages further on Google. We have been using the Remove'em site to check our backlinks and a blog this SEO company have done has appeared on the list. The DA is good but the PA is low. In the blog they have linked the exact keyword to our site homepage. Do you think the blogs the SEO company are doing will be causing us more problems? Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks

                          Huge Drop in Rankings

I just (this week) experienced a huge drop in rankings for one of the keywords that I was sitting in second spot on Google US. 'What Should I Read Next' I dropped to 82, but none of my other keywords suffered a similar drop. Any ideas? Webmasters offers no clues as of yet either. I was doing link building through blogs and some article sites, but it was all white hat as far as I know.

                          Adding keyword to your url

Couldn't find the answer to my question anywhere so I'll give it a try here. If you have a site called www.example.com, and then want to add a keyword to this site, like this: www.example.com/keyword How do you add a keyword to your url like this? Without making the URL with the keyword your "main" URL, meaning you don't have to enter the keyworded URL to get to the homepage (www.example.com), and still rank better on the keyword put in the url. I'm a bit confused on the subject, would love for someone to help me understand! Thanks.

Are reputable local directories effective link building resources for high rankings in local search?

I'm working on a local search campaign. Generally, the first thing I do is add the site to all of the local directories that I know of. I'm curious, with penguin updates, whether or not this is still an effective strategy for local search.

How to pick the right keywords for backlink building in a Huge site

Hi there, I'm running a coupons/discounts web site, with more than 1 millon page indexed. The website niche is crearly related to Coupons, Discounts, Deals, but those discounts may apply to hundreds of different categories. Currently we are getting 15K organic visits a day. Every time we have to write blog articles to increase backlinking, the same question came up. Should we target our niche keyowrds (which are very competitive) or should we pick long tail keyword (3-4 words) to be more specific ? The 70-80% of the organic traffic we receive every day came from long tail keywords, for which we never did any offert to rank with. This 70-80% traffic lands into internal pages. So basically the question is: should I keep backlinking the home page to get more juice on my domain, which will organically flows to the long tail landing pages ? Or should I write hundreds of articles targetting directly the long tail ? I think that targetting the long tail will cost me a lot of effort, i.e. for a particular long tail google search (with 4 or more keywords) I get 10 visitis a day, ranking in postion 3. If I made a lot of effort to rank in the first position for that long tail keyword, I may only get 50 visits a day, so for duplicating my daily visit amount I should do that work for thousandths of keywords, which seems, to not have much sense. So, should we target the domain and lets the rank flows from there, or should we point to thousandths of internal long tail landing pages ? I hope I made my self clear enough. Thanks in advance

What percentage of an old post can I change without lose rank?

A few months ago I updated some old posts of my site (Wordpress), to improve old content, with new pictures (better quality), better content, new info about product, and links to our review of this product (newer posts). Most part of the content is this old posts were new, so I "deleted" the old text but replaced the new one with another of better quality. I suppose it will help new post to improve rank, but I los thousands of daily visits, because old posts ranks worse since the change. What do you think? What happened here? Maybe I shouldn't update the whole text, only add a link to new content? Thank you!
